It has been said quite often,”A fool laughs three times,first he/she laughs without understanding the joke, secondly after understanding it and thirdly at himself for his stupidity.
What is funny? It can be everything or nothing. I have witnessed people laughing at others just to be mean.To them the way one dresses,speaks or even their physical looks. Should all this be off limits,a big “YES”.
If we look at ourselves and put some thought into our actions,we will never take this path. What is worse we do not care. I remember a while back,a beggar came to our door.At fourteen I was insensitive,I asked the man,how old are you? He said,’Oh I am really old,I am twelve years old’. I burst out laughing, I replied,’You really are very old’,even at that age I was sarcastic. If anyone was listening,especially my mother she would say,’Ranu do not be cruel to the man,to him age does not make sense,he only knows he is old’!
