Thank you so much for nominating me  for the above award. I was nominated before by  some kind bloggers. I could not find the time to write my acceptance. I’m also not sure where I can find 15 bloggers. I could only come up with nine. Some of the others are too busy.

Seven facts about me:

I am from Bangladesh.

I love music .

My favorite singers are: Mohammed Rafi, Lata Mangeshkar, Geeta Dutt, Celine Dionne, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole and John Lennon.

I love children, which is why I  chose to teach in elementary schools.

I have two names Ranu and Chaman

Learning languages is my hobby.

At present I am studying about the poet and philosopher, Allama Mohammed  Iqbal  in an online course, offered by Khurram Ali Shafique.

Daily Prompts: Now You See Me

You have a secret superpower: the ability to appear and disappear at will. When and where will you use this new superpower? Tell us a story.

If I had a secret power to appear and disappear at will, I’d use it to help people who desperately need help. By need I do not mean financial only, there are many types of need.

Think about a helpless child who is left in the care of a baby sitter. This person takes advantage of the mother’s helplessness. He treats the child badly and threatens her if she tells her parents, he’d cut her into pieces and give her flesh to the dogs to eat. A five year old would be scared to say anything. This is where I’d like to appear call the proper authorities to arrest the guy, put him in jail and throw away the keys.

There are other instances when a certain person needs help, one would be an old individual who lives by himself or herself suddenly falls sick, this is where I’d like to use my superpowers, I’d take this person to the nearest hospital for treatment.

There are so many different things one can do with one’s superpower. I’ve only given two examples.
