It’s obviously a lot harder to try and be a good guy than it is to be a bad guy. The world is  fundamentally an evil place, it seems like. So in order to be a good person, you have to fight temptation and Vice. ___ Michael Shannon

    Thank you for sharing this interesting quote. While I certainly know that I must avoid the temptations of the lower self, I do not believe that the world is fundamentally an evil place (despite what outer appearances may sometimes suggest).

  2. Thanks for sharing the quote 🙂 I wonder if it also depends on circumstances, and if it is possible to have such circumstances where it becomes easier to be a good guy than a bad one 😀 Just wondering.

    • Yes there are circumstances when good turns to evil, sometimes
      the parent teaches his daughter to lie to save his skin, which
      I have personally witnessed. I only wonder who will Karma punish, the father or the daughter
      or both.
