In response to daily post’s prompt :Relax
Relaxing is a very important way of relieving stress. The following are some ways that can help a person relax :
- Drink green tea, it is a source of L-Theanine, it’s a chemical which helps to calm anger.
- A Â square of dark chocolate is helpful.
- a spoonful of honey provides compounds that reduces brain inflammation.
- Exercise is  important for health. It lowers your cholesterol and also can relieve stress.
- Listening to one’s favorite song can calm a person.I find it useful.
- Meditation is another way to relax.
- Another way to relax is to read one of Roald Dahl’s books. I find Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Matilda changes my bad mood and helps me to relax.
- I suppose there are other ways to relax, it depends on the individual, what makes him/her relax.
