Daily Blogging Prompt : Relax

In response to daily post’s prompt :Relax

Relaxing is a very important way of relieving stress. The following are some ways that can help a person relax :

  1. Drink green tea, it is a source of L-Theanine, it’s a chemical which helps to calm anger.
  2. A  square of dark chocolate is helpful.
  3. a spoonful of honey provides compounds that reduces brain inflammation.
  4. Exercise is  important for health. It lowers your cholesterol and also can relieve stress.
  5. Listening to one’s favorite song can calm a person.I find it useful.
  6. Meditation is another way to relax.
  7. Another way to relax is to read one of Roald Dahl’s books. I find Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Matilda changes my bad mood and helps me to relax.
  8. I suppose there are other ways to relax, it depends on the individual, what makes him/her relax.
