In response to daily prompt’s one-word prompt : Collaboration
One year in our school we decided to stage a Christmas play, we had five grade four teachers. Instead of each of us staging a different play with our kids we liked the idea of working together.
In all there were one-hundred fifty kids. From each classroom we chose main characters, and the rest of the kids, sang Christmas carols.
Our play was a success, we helped the kids memorize the lines, since there were five of us, we divided the work between us.
Although we enjoyed watching the kids, there were some who were always fooling around.
Our joint effort gave us good results, the parents and the audience were happy to see all the kids participating in the play. Those who didn’t have a part were helpful in different ways.
