Daily Prompt : Age
In response to prompt : Age
I took ages to read Charles Dickens novel,
It has its ups and downs but is unbelievable.
In the beginning it seems as never-ending,
In the middle things change and lot is happening.
Final volume helps the main character come of age,
So much so that he ultimately becomes a sage!

Dear Ranu,
Thank you for sharing with us this well-rhymed poem about a Dickens novel!
All good wishes,
robert
Dear Robert,
Thank you, it’s my pleasure. 🙂
Nice one, Ranu
Thank you, Sonya. 🙂
Very true of a Dickens’ novel! This one was Great Expectations, in particular? 🙂
Second and third volume were very interesting. Tells a lot about human nature.
Third volume shows remorse, which is rarely seen these days. I loved it Charles Dickens
Portrayed his main character well. 🙂
Wonderful.
