Daily Prompt : Grasp

In response to prompt   :  Grasp

I was twelve when my father died. It was difficult for me to comprehend the meaning of death.

For several years I firmly believed my Dad will come back. My younger siblings and I found it hard to accept that we’d never see our Dad again.

Some things in life is not easy to grasp, such as death!

  1. Dear Ranu,

You’ve shared with us before about your Dad. I always like reading of your warm memories of him. This is a sad post, but still, I remember how many warm memories you have of him.

    All good wishes,

    robert

  2. I agree with Robert, I always feel the same way when I read your posts about your Dad. I’m sure that he must be smiling from heaven and feeling proud to have a daughter who remembers him with so much warmth, and in such a wonderful manner, and spreads this memory to touch upon the lives of the readers too, in a very positive way. In spite of the sadness, Thank you very much for sharing this post.
