Elected Officials!
It’s unbelievable how many times we are betrayed by our elected officials. During elections they know what our grievances are, they promise to fix things that bother us.
We are naïve enough to believe them. Before our elections they told us the hideous mail boxes would disappear and we’ll get our mails at home, like old times.
We were foolish to believe they’d actually do it, we voted in droves to vote for the party, they got elected and we are left twiddling our thumb in disbelief that they did not fulfill our wishes!

Thank you for sharing this post about elected officials. I believe we must strive to hold elected officials accountable. When other efforts fail, then they can/should be elected out of office. So their time of power is only temporary.

You are absolutely right. Some leaders of the world are liars, and bullies. These guys should be voted out of office ASAP, so they cannot harm the innocent citizens. 🙂

Yes, those mailboxes at distance from house are very inconvenient and not a very good idea!
