This is an image of Shimla town,

’tis a pretty place said the clown.

I like it because of its cool breeze,

I sincerely believe everyone agrees.

The grating noise of carriage is unpleasant,

A tourist should always deal with the present.

Records show many tourists visit in summer,

I wonder what they do in the cold winter.

You would love the green trees with boughs,

Sally wishes to see the mountain she sighs.

I asked, ‘who knows the town better?’

The reply, ‘and this you’ll find out later!’

……………………………………… 🙂

The following are the words I used

from Matthew Arnold’s ten pages of poetry book:

us, through, a, town, are, mountain, better, boughs,

what, of, believe, who, we, grating, records, and,

’tis, sighs,

you, cool,

……………………………………. 🙂
