Tell us about a time when you flew into a rage. What is it that made you so angry?
I was angry when the woman at Kent customer service looked at me and said,”We won’t take that back.”
It was Shop Vac with parts missing, I could not use it, so I took it back.
I told her,” you didn’t give me a chance to tell you why I brought it back.”
She realized her mistake and gave me the refund.
What’s the most dreadful (or wonderful) experience you’ve ever had as a customer?
I bought a shop vac from a local hardware store, when I tried to put it together I found the important parts missing. I took it back to the store’s customer service, the sales lady ,looked at me and said we are not taking these back.
I was unhappy, I asked her, “Why won’t you take it back?”
She said some customers bought a similar shop vac used it and decided to return it.
I told her, she should have asked me the reason for returning the appliance.
I opened the box and showed her there were parts missing.
When she realized she had made a mistake, she talked to someone over the phone, and then refunded my money.
I guess in my case I’d have to agree ,with the saying,”All is well that ends well.”
