In response to prompt : Tenterhooks
I was afraid to watch the live tennis match, I waited on tenterhooks for an hour to see the result on YouTube. The result was what I dreaded Roger’s opponent won, he lost to a guy whom he defeated six times in previous tennis matches.
It therefore shows one shouldn’t be too confident, he relaxed for a moment and watched his match slipping away from him, and he could do nothing to stop his opponent!
When was the last time you felt truly Rejuvenated and energized? What made you feel that way?
I was truly rejuvenated and energized when I read the news on the internet early this morning, that “Roger Federer” won the fourth round tennis match last evening.
It is the US grand slam tennis championship, he was playing against John Isner an American, who it is believed can blow anyone off court with his wicked serve.
I am ecstatic Roger won because the commentators favored John. Way to go Roger!

Today is November thirteen,2014, it’s the third time time my favorite tennis player Roger will play against Andy Murray, Roger must win this one to get the semi-final spot. I know he plays well, but sometimes his mind is not focused on the game but his four kids, it’s normal, but I want him to play well.
I’m telling his racket to help him play well. It should try to keep the maestro awake even if it is for an hour,’ come on racket do your job,’I’ll say.’
The racket if it understands my command may say,’it’s not all up to me dear fan, Roger must do his job too.’
As I’m thinking all this in my mind I’m worried whether the racket realizes how much is at stake, I have to remind him,’the number one rank at the end of the year, you weird one, sorry I don’t mean to make you angry.’
I’m praying ,’please God let Roger win, he’s my favorite player!”
Wow I am tired today. My owner Roger Federer played the third round of Australian Open Grand slam Tennis tournament. Wow he was hitting hard, I felt the blows right on my string. You think he’d slow down just a tiny bit to help me gather my senses. But oh know he was tearing apart his opponent. What was his name again? Let me gather my thoughts,Oh yes, “Teymuraz Gabashvilli”, woh I had a hard time repeating his name,it’s a whole mouthful.
I feel great I helped him to win in straight sets, it was : 6/2 6/2 and 6/3. You’d think he had to get a flight out but, I reminded him Roger, “In a grand Slam you need to win seven matches to win the trophy.”
Now back to the practice court I go to help win the next one. Guys pray for me I have to endure the blows. I’d like to think my owner Roger has a chance if he plays one match at a time. He need not think of his opponents like Nadal or Murray.
I am happy he did not have to play more than three sets today, or I’d still be in pain. I have to be ready for the fourth match. Sometimes I wonder why did I choose to be tennis racket. You can hardly imagine how difficult it is to keep my owner happy!
