The first day’s sun

inquired

at the presence of a new birth___

who are you?

Did not get a reply.

Years went by.

The last day’s sun

uttered the last question

on the western bank of the ocean

on a still evening__

who are You?

Yet there was no response.

  1. Dear Ranu,

    Thank you for this.

What a powerful question…”Who are you?”

I love how it’s noted the setting of the sun “on the western bank of the ocean.”

    All good wishes,

    robert

  2. Inquiry was done to himself for his ” new being” . Word “Sattar natun abirvabe” Very difficult to translate. Great work.
